How it works

  1. Discovery (Days 1 to 3). You answer a few questions by email. We agree on the pages and the price before I start.
  2. Design (Weeks 1 to 2). I design the homepage first, then the other pages. You look at it in your browser and tell me what to change.
  3. Build (Weeks 2 to 4). I build the site with your text and photos, then test the forms, maps and galleries.
  4. Launch (Weeks 4 to 5). I check every page on phone and desktop, connect your domain and put the site live.
  5. Support (Ongoing). Free support for a set time after launch. After that you can pay monthly for updates.

Questions

How long does a typical project take?

A Local Business Website takes about a week. A Small Business site takes two to three weeks, and larger builds take four to six. You get a schedule before I start.

What do you need from me to start?

Answers to a few questions by email, your logo if you have one, and some notes about your business. Most clients spend a couple of hours in total giving feedback.

Do you work from templates or themes?

No. I build each site from scratch, which keeps it fast and easy to change later.

Can you redesign my existing site without losing SEO?

Yes. I redirect old pages, move your titles and descriptions over, and check Search Console after launch.

How do payments work?

Half to start, half at launch. Larger builds can split into three payments. Bank transfer and card both work.

What happens after launch?

Every build comes with free support for a set time. After that you can pay monthly for updates and small changes.
